Buff's Broccoli Salad

1 head of Broccoli
1 head of Cauliflower
1 pkg Bacon - fried and crumbled into bits
1-2 c. Craisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. onion or as desired

Dressing:
1 1/2 c. Mayo
3 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. vinegar

Cream together dressing and mix in veggies and other ingredients.
