Grandma Axia's White Flatbread

Kurmkebra

3 eggs well beaten
Add 1 C. sugar and 1 tsp. salt gradually
In large bowl put 1 ½ C cream and 1 ½ c milk- more cream if thin and 2 tsp baking powder
Mix egg misture and cream mixture lightly. Beat in about 3-4 c. sifted flour
Roll out on heavily floured canvas. Place on ungreased cookie sheets
Bake at 425 oven. (cut in pie shaped wedges when about half done, spread apart and rotate pans to top or bottom rack for more even baking)
