1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 package chocolate almond bark
Petite cups
Melt butter & mix w/ peanut butter & powdered sugar. Roll peanut butter mixture into little balls that will fit inside petite cups. Melt chocolate. I usually only melt 1/2 of the chocolate at a time, otherwise it hardens before I use it all. Put a little bit of chocolate into petite cups, place peanut butter ball on top & then top off with more chocolate. These treats freeze well. I usually end up using more then one package of almond bark, so have some on hand!
