Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

2 boxes ice cream sandwiches (12 per box)
8-12 oz. cool whip
1 c. salted peanuts
1 jar (12-14 oz.) hot fudge sundae sauce (do not warm)

Layer ice cream sandwiches in 9x13" pan to fit.
Frost ice cream sandwiches with 1/2 of the cool whip.
Spoon on hot fudge sauce, then sprinkle with peanuts.
Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Then frost with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.

Freeze. Remove about 10-20 minutes prior to serving.
Will keep up to 2 months in freezer.
