Berni's Rhubarb Dessert

1 box yellow cake mix
6-7 c. rhubarb chopped
3/4-1 c. sugar
1 pint cream

Prepare yellow cake mix according to box instructions.
Put batter in 9 x 13 pan.
Top batter with rhubarb. Then add sugar layer and top off with cream.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve warm or refrigerate for later.
For looks: Flip pieces upside down to serve so creamy rhubarb on top.

Deep pan reccomended so that cream doesn't bubbble/ boil over the sides.

Berni just recently added bluberries with the rhubarb. mmm.
