Apple Cinnamon Red-Eye

Brown 2 c. sugar in large kettle.
Then add:
3 c. water and stir on warm until sugar is melted in.
Next add:
2 qt. apple cider
1 can (12 oz.) frozen apple juice
Cool.
Add about 1/4 liter of Everclear (about 200-250ml)
Pour into bottles and add cinnamon sticks to each bottle.
Makes 3 1/2 liters. (the extra 1/2 liter allows for taste testing :) hee hee)
