very similar to Grandpa Josh’s brand Country Sausage mix the only
difference being white sugar vs brown)

4 Tblsp Ground
Black Pepper
·
2 C. Brown Sugar
dissolved in a quart of warm water
·
3 lbs High temp
Cheddar Cheese
·
Add water as
necessary to achieve the desired consistency
·
Smoke – 1 to 1 ½
hrs. at 170 degrees
