Crunchy Pea Salad

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas - thawed
1 c. celery
1 c. cauliflower florets (can use more if desired)
1/4 c. green onion, diced
1 c. cashews, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. ranch dressing
1/2 c. bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled

Combine all, except bacon. Mix well. Chill until ready to serve, add bacon.

I used a whole head of cauliflauer..everyone liked it!!
