Ham & Egg Bake

The Viking Easter Breakfast Special

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam or grease.

Layer - 1st 3 ingredients in pan:
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
2 c. diced ham

Mix together:
4 lg. eggs, beaten (or 6 medium eggs)
2 c. milk
1 Tblsp. mustard
Then pour egg mixture over layered ingredients in pan.

Let set overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
