Caramel Roll Topping

1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Whenever I make caramel rolls - I never have any cream to make the good creamy caramel. Then I happened upon this mixture - I always have ice cream. :)
