Squash Au Gratin

6 servings

2 lb. squash (I use spagetti squash which is less dense(starchy) but can use any
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeze
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup Parmeson cheeze
Cook sqash til tender. Mix with remaining ingred. and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min or til bubbly. (If you make ahead and refrigerate, bake for 30-40 min till heated thru & bubbly)
