2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. vegtable oil
2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk (milk with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water (add last)
Grease and flour pan. Mix ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes for 9x 13".
20-25 minutes for 2 - 8" round pans.
Makes 20 cupcakes.
