California Blend Vegetables

1 Bag Frozen California Blend Vegetables
1 Box Stove Stop Stuffing
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Chicken or Celery also work)
1 small container of sour cream.

Prepare stuffing, following directions on box. Cook vegetables until tender. Mix cream of mushroom soup & sour cream with drained vegetables. After stuffing is prepared, spreak in the bottom of an 8X8 baking dish. Spreak vegetable, soup & sour cream mixture on top. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

I make this into a hot dish by adding chicken. Cooking the chicken in a skillet then adding to vegetable mix before baking. Can also top with cheese.
Jane this was always a favorite of mine that you made! So I had to get the recipe from Becks. :)
