Godmother's Chocolate Cake

3 C. Flour

2 C. Sugar

1/3 C . Cocoa

2 tsp. Soda

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Almond Flav.

2 C. Cold Water

2 Tblsp. Vinegar

3/4 C. Oil

 9x 13 or 2 rounds - bake 350 degrees 35-40 minutes

24 Cupcakes  350 for 17-20 minutes

Lg. Round - 1 1/2 batch - 45-47 minutes
