Swedish Pancakes

 aka crepes

4 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1 T sugar

1 1/2 c milk

1/2-3/4 c flour

beat all together. Lightly butter frying pan before each one. Pour about 3 T of batter in pan  (every thin) turn carefully. Serve with butter, maple syrup, cream, jam or berries.
