1 1/3 c. Almonds (sliced or other plain)
1 1/3 c. Walnuts
1 1/3 c. Raw Oats or whole
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2/3 c. Honey
1/3 c. peanut butter
~1 Tblsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda (optional for more of a cookie dough taste)
1/3 c. chocolate chips - mini work best or grind up regular ones
In food processor, grind almonds, walnuts and oats up into a fine sand-like meal.
Mix in cinnamon, salt, soda and chocolate chips.
Then mix in vanilla, peanut butter and honey, until sticky.
Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
