Dilly Zuchini dip

1 cup finely shredded zuchini, sqeezed dry
1 cup shredded cheddar cheeze
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill weed (more if it is fresh)
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all tog. Cover & refrigerate til chilled. Serve with assorted freshed vegetables.
Really good thick and chunky dip!
