Eula Mae’s Mega Macaroni Salad

3 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
¼ tsp. salt
1 large or 2 small carrots
2 c. celery
1 large cucumber
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 small tomato

Cook Macaroni in salted water until done. Then drain macaroni Mix in vegetables and add dressing. Add tomato just before serving.

Dressing:
1 c. salad dressing
½ tsp. vinegar
¼ c. French dressing
1/4 c. sugar
½ c. milk

Eula Mae was my mother. She made this for family get togethers an pot lucks especially at the end of summer when vegatables are plentiful.
