Creamed Cucumber (2 variations)

(Deano calls this gummeschlat)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar ( I use cider vinegar)
Sprinkle with salt, sweetener, onion and dill to taste.
Slice peeled cucs into above mixture.
or
1 pint sour cream
2 TBSP lemon juice
4 TBSP vinegar
3/4 c. sugar or sub sweetener to taste
1 onion sliced
mix and add cucumbers
